How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Can take anywhere from 7 - 12 days. Delivery details can be checked on the Track Your Order page.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for current processing times and available shipping methods.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly or you did not type it.

What is the return period?

You always have the option to return your order within 30 working days after the shipment date. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Please keep your proof of postage until we have processed it.
